Row on 45 is a stupendous restaurant high in Dubai Marina, in Grosvenor House on the 45th floor. Chef Jason Atherton is the leader, and he’s constructed this amazing 17-piece, tasty food adventure that’s split into three parts: Greeting You, The Most Enjoyable Part, and The Big Joyful Finish. It’s an upscale location that only lets in 22 people every night to eat while looking at the beautiful lights and water.
A Menu That Combines Global Techniques and Premium Ingredients
The food is like an amalgam of elements from Europe and tricks from Japan–they use very unique, wonderful things, such as scallops from Hokkaido, really good wagyu beef, and uni.
Precision, Passion, and a Team That Elevates the Experience
When you go there, you get to walk through cool places that all feel like a special gift for your nose and your tongue. Chef Daniel Birk leads the cooks and ensures all the food tells stories about harmony, what’s in season, and being upscale. There’s also Lorenzo Abussi and he picks out many rare drinks and special sake that go with each bite you take.
