For Bartenders:

- Manage bar inventory and restock supplies.
- Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service regulations.
For Waiters/Waitresses:
- Greet and seat customers with a professional and welcoming approach.

- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.
- Handle guest complaints politely and resolve issues effectively.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service.
📌 Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospitality (restaurants, hotels, or bars).
- Smart Serve Certification (Ontario) or equivalent alcohol service certification (required for bartenders).
- IELTS Requirement: Minimum IELTS 5.5 overall (Speaking 5.5, Listening 5.5, Reading 5.0, Writing 5.0).
- Strong communication skills in English; French is an added advantage.
- Must be customer-oriented, reliable, and able to work flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.
