



Creamy Tomato seafood bisque by chef Dev Raj
1. Creamy Tomato Seafood Bisque
Ingredients:
seafood prawns, fish, crab,Lobster
- 4 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and garlic, and sauté until soft and fragrant (about 5 minutes).
- Add the chopped tomatoes and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20-25 minutes until the tomatoes break down.
- Use an immersion blender or transfer the mixture to a blender and purée until smooth.
- Return to heat and add heavy cream (or coconut milk) and sugar if using. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
